Sunday: Closed
Course sessions run evenings and weekends to accommodate working schedules. Support emails get responses during business hours.
Common questions
Which course should I start with?
If you're new to managing money, start with Personal Finance Fundamentals. It covers the foundation everything else builds on. If you already budget and save but want to grow wealth, try Investment Basics Workshop. Not sure? Email us with a quick description of your situation and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. Our courses assume you're starting from scratch. If you've never balanced a budget, don't know what an ETF is, or feel lost when people talk about superannuation, you're exactly who we built these for.
What if I can't attend live sessions?
All live content is recorded and available within 24 hours. You'll never miss material because of scheduling conflicts. Some students prefer live sessions for the interaction; others watch everything at their own pace. Both approaches work fine.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first two weeks of any course, we'll refund your full payment. We want students who are engaged and getting value, not people who feel trapped in something that isn't working for them.
Can I take multiple courses?
Absolutely. Many students start with one course, apply what they learn, then come back for another when they're ready for the next step. We offer a 15% discount if you enroll in three or more courses at once, but there's no pressure to bundle.
